$100 Welcome Credit — Offer Terms

1. The offer. New subscribers who sign up for Tarôme marketing emails on taromestudio.com receive a one-time promotional code worth $100 off a single order (the “Welcome Credit”). The Welcome Credit is a promotional discount code. It is not a gift card, gift certificate, store credit or account balance, has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
2. Eligibility. Available to new subscribers only who are legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older, and who have not previously placed an order with Tarôme. Limit one Welcome Credit per person, email address, household and payment method.
3. Delivery. Your code is sent by email to the address you provide, usually within minutes of signing up. Email delivery depends on providers outside our control, so please check your spam or promotions folder. If you have not received your code within 24 hours, contact support@taromestudio.com and, if you are eligible, we will reissue it. We are not responsible for codes that are not received because of an incorrect email address, spam filtering, or unsubscribing before delivery.
4. Redemption. Enter your code at checkout on taromestudio.com or use the link in your welcome email. Each code is single use, valid for one order, and only one code may be used per order. The Welcome Credit cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount code or offer. It applies to the merchandise subtotal and does not apply to taxes, shipping, gift cards or prior purchases. Any unused portion (for example, on an order under $100) is forfeited and will not be refunded or carried over. Valid online only.
5. Expiration. The Welcome Credit expires 30 days after your code is issued. Expired codes will not be extended or reissued.
6. Returns and cancellations. If an order that used the Welcome Credit is returned or cancelled, the refund will equal the amount actually paid. The Welcome Credit itself is not refunded or reissued. For partial returns, the discount is allocated proportionally across the items in the order.
7. Personal and non-transferable. Codes are personal to the recipient and may not be sold, transferred, shared publicly or posted on coupon websites.
8. Fraud and abuse. We may refuse, cancel or void any code or order that we reasonably believe involves fraud, multiple or false sign-ups, automated sign-ups, resale, or any other violation of these terms.
9. Changes to the offer. We may modify, suspend or end this offer at any time. Codes already issued will be honored according to the terms in effect when they were issued, unless voided under section 8.
10. General. We are not responsible for typographical, technical or system errors in connection with this offer. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Unsubscribing from our emails does not cancel a code that has already been issued. These Offer Terms supplement our Terms of Service and, as provided there, govern this promotion in the event of any conflict. Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy; you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
